Description
The Majorelle Gardens in Marrakech, designed by a French artist, are gardens open to the public for enjoyment. Cobalt blue, used extensively thoughout the garden's buildings, reflect the French control of Morocco in 1920's when it was first created. The gardens were last owned by Yves Saint Laurent. Image taken in 1997. Artist's impression.
